It will be sad to depart again anyway. When it comes down to it, being alone is surely very sad no matter how many times you experience it. It becomes dramatic. There may be nothing more important than this in life. But that loneliness may be what allows us to be kind and to be saved by new encounters. You can't be happy with people all the time. Sometimes it is necessary to be alone.
There is always someone around you at all times; there is no need to feel sad about being alone.
