Carpe Diem

Think good thought.

Drama

When a story falls into repetition, it instantly becomes uninteresting. When it seems like anything is possible, it loses half its appeal. At first, you are drawn to the various things that happen and how the protagonist deals with them. From the middle of the story, the details are omitted, and the number of ways to deal with the situation simply increases. The pattern tapers off in many cases, although it also depends on how far the story can be expanded and recovered at the beginning. Also, if you have more than one protagonist, you have to think carefully about the balance, or the viewer will leave at some point. This is because the story will no longer feel personal. There are many stories that are long but not interesting. The viewer's ability to enjoy the story will also be questioned.
